Do Not Be Afraid – Devotional

God promises to strengthen you, help you, and hold you up. Today’s Higher Praise devotional on Isaiah 41:10. You’re not alone in this.

Word for Today: God Is Right Beside You

Today’s Scripture: “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” — Isaiah 41:10 (ESV)

    Today’s Devotional:

Welcome to today’s Higher Praise devotional. Read that verse again. Slowly.

“I will strengthen you. I will help you. I will uphold you.”

Three promises. One God. And He’s talking directly to you.

Maybe you’re facing something this morning that feels too big. A health battle. A financial crisis. A broken relationship. A future full of question marks.

And fear is creeping in—telling you that you won’t make it, that you’re on your own, that there’s no way through.

    But God says otherwise.

“Fear not, for I am with you.”

He’s not watching from a distance. He’s not too busy for your problems. He’s right beside you—closer than your next breath.

And He doesn’t just show up. He strengthens. He helps. He holds you up when you can’t stand on your own.

You are not alone in this. You never were.

Here at Higher Praise, we encourage you today: when fear tries to creep in, speak this truth out loud: “God is with me. He is my strength. He is holding me up.”

Because He is. Right now. In this very moment.

Be encouraged. You’re going to make it—not because you’re strong enough, but because He is.

    Prayer for Today:

Lord, I’m scared. But I know You are with me. Strengthen me today. Help me when I feel helpless. Hold me up when I want to fall. I choose to trust You over my fear. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Reflect: How does knowing God is right beside you change the way you face today? Share with the Higher Praise community.
